Hi Greg,

Our projects always use the monotonic clock so did not notice earlier that this #ifdef is needed for configs without it.

Got it... committed... pushed... thanks!

Normally, when I post messages to the group, they appear reasonably quickly. Other times I sometimes think I lose messages to the group but actually they just get stuck for hours before they finally come through. I imagine that this is due to some maintenance or failure somewhere that causes a bottleneck. No idea really.
